Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Supavoice (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Licensing

2.1 Grant of License

Supavoice grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application on macOS devices, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.2 Lifetime Access

Upon purchase of the lifetime license, you are granted perpetual access to the current version of the Application and any future updates released during the product's supported lifecycle.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Sell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Application
• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Modify or create derivative works of the Application
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1 Application Performance

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Application is provided "as is" and "as available"
• Supavoice does not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcription
• Transcription quality may vary based on audio input, background noise, and speech characteristics
• The Application may experience technical issues or temporary service interruptions

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• Supavoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Application
• We are not responsible for any data loss or communication errors
• The Application is not intended for critical or life-threatening applications

5. Privacy and Data Usage

5.1 Data Processing

• Audio data is transmitted to OpenAI API for transcription processing
• Audio data is not stored beyond the processing requirement
• API usage is subject to the terms of the API provider (OpenAI)

5.2 API Key Usage

• Users may use their own API key
• API key usage is governed by the respective API provider's terms of service
• Supavoice is not responsible for API key management or associated costs

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the exclusive property of the Application developer.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the developer's primary jurisdiction in India.

8. Modifications to Terms

Supavoice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. No Refund Policy

9.1 Digital Product Nature

As Supavoice is a digital software product with an instant delivery mechanism, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

9.2 Rationale for No Refunds

• Immediate digital download and access
• Full product functionality available upon purchase
• Ability to preview product features before buying
• Lifetime access to current and future updates

9.3 Customer Responsibility

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

• Review product specifications
• Understand the application's features
• Verify system compatibility
• Assess suitability for their needs BEFORE purchasing

9.4 Purchase Confirmation

By completing the purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be provided
• The purchase is final and non-reversible
• You understand the product's digital nature and instant accessibility

9.5 Support and Assistance

While no refunds are available, we are committed to:

• Providing comprehensive product support
• Addressing technical issues promptly
• Continuously improving the application
• Offering transparent communication about product capabilities
